If Budweiser, Corona or Miller Lite is your beer, then this is NOT the place for you! What are some of your favorite craft beers? My newest find is by Kentucky Breakfast Stout by Founders (Michigan)... Best imperial stout I've ever had. Amazing. Only released once a year and April is that release. Very hard to find. I could only buy ONE BOTTLE at my local craft packy.. If you find it and like stouts, get it and ignore the price tag. It's worth every penny. Top notch!11.2% ABV... Aged in oak barrels for a year or so.
Glad you like my beer
Try 'Burning River' by Great Lakes Brewery. It's a reference to the Cuyahoga..
Highly recommend this:
This is my current fav of the dopplebocks.... The Troegenator! Out of Troegs Brewery in Scranton, PA.This one goes down nice is 8.2 ABV so it does the trick!! I see it around quite a bit and I believe is pretty easy to find and the price is right. Check it out, kbur!!
The friends I grew up with started making their own beer. Several have gone off to bigger things such as the brew mister for Red Hook. A couple others have landed jobs with Red Hook. One has is own Washington Beer Blog and has be on the Kathy Lee Show.I've been enjoying this "INVERSION IPA" by Deschutes Brewery I found on sale at Safeway.Good Stuff
