Li'l baby kittens!  heart1

So, I just found what I'd guess is almost $100 in quarters as I was cleaning out my trunk.
When I moved, I had a huge can of quarters in my trunk, and the can flipped over.
I'd forgotten about it.
Most of them had slid under the li'l mat that covers the area for the spare-tire.

Well that's cool.  You are rich.

I hope I don't get kitten fever.  My house is too small for another one.  Maybe one day when I get a bigger house.

Either rich, or I won't run out of coins for parking meters for a long, long time.

Yeah, fair warning, you will get kitten fever.
It's almost impossible not to when in the presence of li'l ones, especially that young.
Tell yourself whatever you need to to stop yourself from taking one home.
What worked for me was I told myself how miserable it would make the critters I already had, and thus li'l baby would be miserable, too, and if I really loved all of them, I'd let whatever baby go to another home.

If it happens all I have to do is think of the litter box and how much my 2 poop and pee and how as soon as I scoop it out everyday they have to run in there and do it again and how my house is small so there is no escaping it.

That should work.

Yep, another kitty would mean you'd either have to get another litter box, or take the chance of one or more of the critters boycotting using the litter box.

Yes and with such a small house there's just no good place to put another one.  Home prices are way way up so I need to wait for awhile.

Then maybe I'll add to the family.  These two like to get me pinned to the couch so I can only imagine a third.

My one is more than enough.
Fortunately, after seeing my beast's reaction to a kitty who had the nerve to walk into her house, well, that's all I have to bring to mind whenever I'm tempted.
I had no idea my cat had it in her, but holy chit, she went from angel to scary as hell in an instant.  She was out for blood.

LMAO

I bet

I was sitting on the couch, minding my business, when out of the corner of my eye, I see movement ... a cat walking toward the back door, which I had open.
I thought it was my girl, but about the same time it registered, oh, it's that other kitty, I hear this noise unlike anything I'd heard before, or since ... I don't even know how to describe it ... coming out of my girl, then see her flying from the direction of the main bedroom, and other kitty bolts out the backdoor and over the barricade.  I get up and walk to the back door, and there's my girl out there with every hair standing on end (and she's very, very fluffy), and the other kitty down on the ground with eyes as big as saucers.

I think it was the barricade that spared that poor other kitty.  I put it up 'cause my girl isn't a jumper, so it keeps her on the deck.  The other kitty was able to jump over it and run away.

I've had a mom and 3 of her kittens in my backyard every night for awhile now.

Somehow the rat was still out there during the time too? chic1

Anyway, the other night the kittens were all in the top of this fluffy shrub bush playing lmao.

The bush is about 4 feet off the ground and all you saw was the top of three kittens trying to pounce around in the top of it.

That's how they got fleas, your place. Your flea bag cat's gave those poor little bundles of joy fleas, they BULLIED those little darlings. You should be ashamed.

Those Buckeyes keep rolling..91-69 over Maryland last night!  Going to hit the road for a couple next week at Rutgers and Northwestern.

Good morning and happy Friday to one and all, and a special good luck wish for our Caligal today.

Skeeeery!

Yay is right.
I literally giggled when I dropped that puppy into 6th.
I won't have much opportunity to use it, what with all the traffic around here, but just that I have it pleases me immeasurably.

Excellent!  You got it..now, rest.  Haha

Haha.  Yeah, rest is what I'll be spending the weekend doing.
I cancelled all plans, the fridge is stocked, and I shouldn't have to leave, other than maybe if I run out of Kleenex.

The truth is, when I went to bed last night, I thought I was going to have to cancel.
I woke feeling a wee bit better, not much, but enough to make me think, especially after realizing if I didn't do it today, it would be February before I had time, I can get through the few hours.
Had it taken as long as I'd predicted, I would have been right.  It ended up taking two hours more, and at about 3:00 I hit a wall.
I'm about to have some of my "sick soup," watch a li'l tv (I'm too tired to read), and go to bed.
I'll be surprised if I'm not out by 10:00 (which is very early for me, especially when I don't have to get up at the crack of ass the next day).
