Thank you, dear Jondalin.  :)

It's tough, but Ryan's recovery is going well..that's the most important thing right now.

Darn!  Congrats to the Jacksonville Jaguars and their fans.

The Steelers never quit..the defense just couldn't seem to get the timely stops when they needed to though.  Still, terrible decision to onside kick with two timeouts and the 2:00 warning.  You have to kick it deep and play the percentages.
Sorry Blitz. Really wanted to see them pair off with the Patriots again.  Just to slow outta the chute.

Blitz, I saw the game and although I would have liked the Steelers to win, they didn't deserve it with their play calling ( atrocious ). Bad on the field decisions also attributed but not as bad as what I think was some bad Haley calls and Fox's defensive slacking. One play in particular was 3rd and 8, steelers played a 13 yard cushion, on 3rd and 8!. Jags converted and extended the possession then scored. Pittsburgh secondary was out of position too many times, they got pressure on Bortles but the soft cushion allowed him several drop offs to Yealdon for big gains. Anyway, we can analyze all we want but it's done, sorry. A nice thing though is that Jax will give New England a good game, their defense puts a lot of pressure on the QB. Hope Jax wins that.

Whoa!  Minnesota wins on the most improbable final play you will ever see.

Brees looked stunned.  His coverage guys screwed the pooch big time there.  Ruined a 17-point comeback.

Yeah Fish I agree with a lot of what you said.  The cushions were maddening..having a guy like Shazier out there with his speed and instincts would have made a difference in that regard.

The two 4th-and-short play calls stunk..the outside run and then apparently Ben checked out the second time into the pass play.  With a QB his size he likely just falls on his face and gets the 1st.  And the onside kick decision was unforgivable.

Are you that guy in "my 600 lb life " show?

From all your feminine remarks, and childish responses you're lucky you could even spell the word man.

I think your manhood is well established between your thumb and index finger

I'm almost afraid of jinxing it, but I'm finally starting to feel a little better.
I figured out what made me suddenly get much worse on Friday ... the day I got the car.
Yeah, some of it was pushing myself a bit too much, but the big part of it was on top of whatever damn sick I had, some serious allergies kicked in.
I had started to wonder if that may be the case as my head filled up and my eyes started watering uncontrollably, but it didn't make sense to me, 'cause I don't usually have allergies in January.
Well, the cat started with the sneezy/coughy thing she does when certain pollens are really bad, and that told me what I needed to know.

So, yeah, on top of this ... flu, or whatever you wanna call it, hardcore allergies kicked in.

Ugh.

That sucks.  BUT, you soldiered on to your credit and now as a result can rest easy with a great car you will have for years.  Imagine if you had let it slip away?

Good afternoon..hopefully everyone is having a splendid Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Oh, I have zero regrets about getting the car.
Like I said, pushing myself a bit too much may have been part of suddenly feeling way worse, but I realize now much of it was due to allergies popping up in January.
There isn't a damn thing I could have done to prevent that.
