Tro I think you're the only one in the Thread Pool that did.

Before the tournament started, I was watching a sports show (can't even remember which one) and one of the guys on there was talking about 3 things that a team needs to advance in the tournament and then showed how UConn has all 3. So, I picked them to go to the Elite 8.

We'll that hurt.  I had UofL winning it all in Dee's bracket contest and had them going to the championship game in the others.

- Pac 12 is 8-5 with 1 team in the Elite 8 and 3 in the Sweet 16

How about that extremely underrated SEC.  They took a beating from the pundits all season long and look at them now!

"extremely underrated SEC" Now, there's a term I never thought I would hear in the ESPN era. Keep in mind, they only brought 3 teams to the dance. Those three teams have done well, Tenn winning the playin game helped too. But, how strong was the rest of the conference?

UGA, Arkansas, Missouri and LSU were all defeated in the 2nd round of the NIT.

Here we go with this SEC thing again. And once again, we have 3 teams out of 14 that everybody wants to give the entire SEC credit for. Please. Not again.

Afternoon folks.

2 teams punch their tickets to North Texas tonight... can MY Dayton Flyers soar past the overall #1 Florida? Will Wisky out white yet another more athletic team? Yes and Yes.

It looks like the B1G should have 3 Final 4 teams...although...big surprise..I think Michigan faces the toughest battle. UK is probably the best team left, talent wise...and they have finally figured it out.

Hey Fire... it's your buddy Tro. I don't think it really matters. Any team that wins is going to get slapped around by Michigan. They are just too good for anyone this year. The only reason they ever lost a game was because of bad luck and poor officiating.

Greetings, gang.  I've got Florida, but I'm rooting against myself for Dayton just because I think that would be really cool for them to win and confound the "experts."  And, I'm rooting for Wisconsin.   cheer1

It really doesn't matter to me. I have Ohio St from this region so I was done from the first day of games. I've still got Wisky, MSU, and the good guys left
