Hey, Larry.  Did I tell you that one of my sons lives in Seattle?  Two years ago, we took a road trip from Seattle to Vancouver, enjoyed lunch at a wonderful dim sum restaurant, visited Granville Island and Stanley Park, and in general loved your wonderful city.

Umich..........Thanks...... Granville Island and Stanley Park are GEMS in the downtown core of Vancouver....my girlfriend and I walk the seawall a lot in Stanley Park and then go to Granville Island for cold beers and fresh wild seafood.........glad you had a good time in Vancouver......I'm spoiled rotten living in this city.......Mother Natures backyard.

Kudos Trojan for the Dodgers........Lets hope the Natspos and LAD meet for a playoff series.....

........maybe a beer bet ?  ber

I'm saying an upset tonight in Thursday Night Football......Giants win.
Respect is huge in my books

Morning y'all.  It appears Texas has decided against purchasing an RV for the coaches to travel in because they have...wait for it...no suspension!!

Hey wmich...we have some friends of yours that took over 6 taps at one of my favorite watering holes.   New Holland Brewing Company.  Their Black Tulip Triple is extremely good.

I should clarify.  New Holland took over 6 taps here in Cedar Rapids.   It's at one of my favorite bars here.  They have 52 beers on tap.

Evening.  The wife is a Skins fan, so you can guess what's on TV right now.  Wish the UCLA/ASU game was on earlier.  I can't stay up past the first quarter!!

Gnat, I'm usually a night owl, and I wanted to see UCLA/ASU, too.  But, I've had a long day and can't imagine staying up past the first quarter, either.  dito

The older I get, the less I want to be a night owl on school nights.  I feel like my dad...lol.

Well, the decline in fishing success should continue. I'm going after white bass tonight. I need to get into them for my friend that is going with. He goes fishing and loves it, but that is what he does, fishes. I want to introduce him to catching.
I post for food or money...thank you

Very possible Trojan........ ber

I'm hoping Seattle can sweep the LAA this weekend and the A's lose......Mariners would make the 2nd WC.

BUT they have looked terrible as of late and were beat up in Toronto.

Pouring rain again here today Trojan and C-C-Cold today.......probably snow in the Mountains.

My internet went on vacation and left me here ;)  Sure hope it had fun

Tigers are oh so close to clinching but the Royals evidently haven't recieved the memo grin1

So here I sit, waiting for the game with the Twins, and deciding how soon I want to crack open a beer on a gorgeous Michigan Autumn Friday night.

Anyone lurking by chance?

From where I sit this has been a pretty good week in sports. I mean Jameis Winston has kept clean, Ray Rice hasn't punched anyone, Adrian Peterson hasn't beaten anyone, the Derek Jeter saga was pretty cool yesterday but is almost over, Brett Farve is not speaking of coming back, haven't heard squat about A-Rod........
