Tried something different with wings last week. Salt and pepper, then set up my grill to cook on medium direct heat, but elevated (equal to the warming rack on the grill). Cocked for about 20-25 minutes, flipping every 2 minutes. Pulled them off and coated them in a homemade Asian sauce and they turned out perfect. Now I just need to come up with some different sauces, but, at least I finally learned how to perfect the cooking part!!
