Roethlisberger played in the MAC.

Tim Tebow was a great college QB who was an integral part of Florida's SEC dominance for three years. That being said he was surrounded by so much talent at Florida  that his weakness's as a "True" QB were never exposed. Plain and simple the man cannot pass well enough on any type of consistent basis to be considered an NFL ready QB. He just doesn't have it at this level.

Probably not gonna like this one SC.

Bleacher Reports perceived top thirty:

SEC- 7 Namath and Warren Moon
Independents- 6 Baugh and Staubach
Big 10- 5 Brees and Brady
PAC 12- 4 Unitas and Elway
Division 2- 3 Rothlesburger and Flacco
Big 12- 2
Big East, MAC, WAC- 1 a piece

Warren Moon played for Washington - PAC 12.  Roethlisberger played for Miami (OH) - MAC
They seriously screwed up that list.

Interesting article....I honestly wondered what the time spent with QB coaches did for his motion.  Didn't really get to see it in NY, but all offseason they talked about how he had put so much work into getting better accuracy and improving footwork/throwing motion.  Have a feeling this is just people trying to take credit if he excels and gets a chance to start again with another team.  Learning behind Tom Brady certainly can't hurt his career.

Always fun to read the team's facebook page now...a nice combination of those who love Tebow going bonkers, and then those who don't saying how he is a media circus and people shouldn't give him any attention (without realizing by saying that and then commenting on other's posts, they are themselves giving him attention)

I don't know ...  but given the number of people that think Bill Belichick is the anti-Christ .... his working with Tebow should make for an interesting religious play.

Rex was a major disappointment !!!!

I don't know.  He made for a very entertaining end to a fantasy game between a couple of my friends with that 8-turnover game (or whatever the final number was).  And just in general, he was fun to watch, but not for his skill.

That's exactly what I was thinking.  If anyone can get something out of Tebow, Bill can.
